During the initial session we will discuss your goals and answer any questions you may have. I will give you a set of instructions and a certified Pondology 101 Datasheet for you to gather critical pond and fish data. After you gather all of the pertinent data you'll email it to me and I will formulate a comprehensive management plan for you to follow.

During the second session we will go over the management plan together and I will help guide you on how to carry out action items in the management plan.

Subsequent sessions are where you get the most value. We will discuss everything you've accomplished and progress that you've made. What is working and what isn't working. You've done this, this, and this, but aren't seeing the results you're expecting. Or something unexpected happened and you're unsure how to tackle the issue. No matter how "fail-safe" a plan is, Mother Nature always has a way of controlling things differently. This is where we talk through and figure out a way to jump over Mother Nature's hurdles. These subsequent sessions will help you stay on track and reach your goals.
